De Potter College of Health Technology, Oru-Ijebu, Ogun State, Nigeria, held its 4th Annual Staff Training on 6th and 7th August 2026, reaffirming its commitment to continuous staff development, capacity building, and institutional excellence.
The two-day training, themed “Staff Development and Capacity Building for Enhanced Institutional Growth,” provided an enriching platform for members of staff to acquire new knowledge, strengthen their professional competencies, share experiences, and develop practical skills that will enhance their contributions to the growth and development of the College.
The initiative reflects the College’s belief that its greatest asset is its people. Through regular training and professional development, De Potter College continues to build a knowledgeable, competent, and motivated workforce capable of delivering excellence across all areas of the institution.
